Jira SD doesn't have a refresh button on Queues? how can I be sure the page is properly updated with new tickets?
Also inside the ticket when you make a change there is no refresh button every time you have to close the ticket and open again to see the change that you've made?
This is the correct behaviour from Jira SD?

If you are worried about SLA and new issue everything is live so don't worry about that

Also, you can use chrome add on if you want to constantly refresh for example activity stream
