Refined Theme custom CSS for JIra Service Desk - Changing Request Form fields width

I'm trying to use custom CSS in Refined Theme for Jira Service Desk to change the width of form fields. I was able to do this in Chrome using the Development tools and this is the CSS that I'm using to try to modify the width. It's not working though. Any thoughts?
