Can i redirect email requests that are created outside working hours to another custom email?
For example: inside working hours email requests are sent to support@jira.com and outside of working hours are sent to it@jira.com

I'm not sure if I understood correctly your question, so I would like to have more details about the setting that you need.
As per I could understand, you have a custom email address on your service desk and you would like that the tickets get created during the day using support@jira.com and outside the working hours, you need to receive the requests on it@jira.com, is that correct?
Can you let us know more details about why do you need this setting? Then we can check if there is a workaround or create a feature request for that.
