I have a Jira service management license.
I'm also the administrator of the project.
When I add a public comment to a ticket, I get the following red padlock icon near my comment.
When I hover on the comment it contains the following message:
"This item is invisible to the reporter of the request".
I have never seen this before, and I don't have any idea why this is happening.
Any hint would be much appreciated.
this happened because I have changed the customer permission of the project from Open to everyone to only users added to the project.
