Recover a previous Jira Service desk setup

Hi there,

we have already setup our Jira service desk work flow, issue type, and so on....

But for some reason (actually I don't know what happened), all these setup was gone.

I don't know when and for what reason, all the setup was removed.

 

Is there any way to recover Jira service desk to our previous setup?

If you took a backup, then you might be able to recreate it from that, but I'm afraid a full deletion really is delete - the data is gone from the database.
