Reclaiming under utilised Software

What is the best option to identify software installed on a device to be able to pull the data with licences that have not been used by a user and potentially can be reclaimed.

I am assuming you would need the Jira Discovery installed as I dont think there is an option to integrate with defender ?

Thank you for your post. 
Assets discovery doesn't scan licenses, just the softwares installed in the computers.

You can integrate Microsoft defender through Asset Data Manager with its connector: https://support.atlassian.com/assets/docs/data-manager-defender-adapter/
