Hello guys,
I need to do a job where it follows as follows:
1 - I receive the request via email, he opens the ticket in JIRA.
2 - When receiving, the summary and description are filled, where the description comes with a templet already made of the customer with the information.
What I need is a treatment in the Ticket to get the lines in the description and send each information of each line to a specific field, here's an example:
Description:
NAME: TESTS
PHONE: 001100
ADDRESS: TESTS
NAME = CUSTOMFIELD_XXX1
PHONE = CUSTOMFIELD_XXX2
ADDRESS = CUSTOMFIELD_XXX3
