Reassign Issues from Jira Users who are on vacation

I want to reassign issues of users who are on vacation. The out of office addon is not enough since it only covers newly opened issues which have been assigned. If a user still has open assigned issues when going into vacation, those will not be reassigned.

Is there a solution or addon for it? Also i do not want to bulk edit and reassign or let a group lead edit.

i tried it and it only fulfills my need halfway. If a user has issues before he goes on vacation those are not reassigned :(
