I have put in a JIRA story with all the needed details. The tech partner looking into it has changes the JIRA status from New to Ready for Test and kept it assigned to himself only.
What does this imply?
Is he still checking on the issue or is there any action item for me?
Hi @Ankita Bhatt , there is no way that we can really answer that. You would need to talk to the other party to understand why they did this. If your process dictates that they are supposed to reassign an issue. Once it's ready for test then it could be an oversight on the other parties behalf or indeed maybe they are not ready to hand it off. If it were me, I would not take any action on an issue if it were not assigned to me other than maybe check in with the previous owner to see if they forgot to step.
