I've created a custom field in a next-gen Service Desk project that I'd like to re-use in another next-gen Service Desk project but it does not show up in the list of available fields. I could just recreate it, but that would be a different customField_id and would make API usage difficult. Any ideas?
Everything you would normally make is scoped to the single project and is not accessible outside of it. You would have to make the field again for a different project.
Accessing them via API has changed as well. Here is an article explaining it.
