how to connect multiple email address to team-managed project

Hi there

 

We are trying to implement JSM on our service desk.

It's service desk has group email address for each client company (50+ client companies).

I want to add all group email addresses as external email address, but team-managed project does not appear to support multiple email addresses.

Can only one external email address be set for team-managed project?

 

If I want to set up more than one, do I have to change to company-managed project ?

I'm aware from the following article,  a maximum of 10 external email addresses can be set.

Hi @Naoki,

Yes, a team managed project only supports one email addres connection: see this related support article. If you want to attach more addresses to a single project, a company managed project is your go-to option (with indeed the limit of 10).

I am not sure, though, why you would want to set up separate email addresses for each external company - but that would be a different discussion.
