how can i make visible issues from customer portal when channel = JIRA

Laura Broccardo March 5, 2015

We are preparing to go live with Service Desk, and we are preparing the data recovery from an external Bug Tracker. The way we chose is using a csv file.
We are facing this problem: retrieved data are not visible fron customer Portal. I imagine this come from the parameter Channel = Jira, present in the recovered issues.
Let me know if you need some more informations.

Thks

Hello Laura,

I think you forgot the issues match. When you open a ticket from JIRA you need put the customer request type.

If the Customer Request Type is NO MATCH, THEN the customer can't see the ticket.

Regards.
