Hi @Daniel Eads

We have Jira service desk at 8.13.2. We did not had the app bundled but now we have upgraded the app to 8.9.3 which is not showing as bundled with the application.

 

As I understand this is enough for now to cover the vulnerability. Could you confirm ? 

We will plan to upgrade the JSD to the latest LTS version in some time.

I've moved your question to its own thread in order to reduce any possible confusion for folks reading the replies on other questions.

With the versions you've laid out:

  • Jira Service Desk 8.13.2
  • Insight plugin has been upgraded to 8.9.3

You've met the criteria from the advisory in order to cover it. Upgrading the Insight app was the action you needed to take on your particular instance, which you've done. So, you're all set!
