JIRA Service Desk Strip quote incoming email

Has anybody managed to configure Service Desk somehow that quoted part of the message is stripped from the incoming email from a customer? I would like signatures which usually start with "enter dash enter" or "enter dash dash enter" to be stripped as well.

Is this possible with Jelly somehow?
