My team had already installed the exalate plugin, but it kept showing this error message:
Hi @Elise Wei,
It appears that the node is currently offline, likely due to being archived. Not to worry, though, as this is a reversible process.
You can easily initiate the unarchiving process by submitting a support ticket using the following link:
https://exalate.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5
Once submitted, we'll promptly unarchive the node for you.
Have a wonderful weekend!
Best regards,
Mat
Welcome to the community. Since it is a third party add-on, you will need to contact the add-on vendor directly to assist you further.
On the same note, you can also contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com), so they can review the backend system logs for further details/errors against your site.
Hope this helps.
Best, Joseph Chung Yin
