Hi,

Can any one help me out how to implement 2 level of approvals in workflow.

For ex: 1. If Level 1 approval is approved then it will go to Level 2 approval which is level 1 would be Manager approval and level 2 would be product owner or service desk approval.

I want to implement the same functionality in Workflow for the Access management.

Thanks,

Hi, @Sreenadh !

You can achieve this case using the Business Process Manager add-on.

My team has developed it to streamline business processes

  • You can set approvals in sequential order. So, after first approval, issue will be assigned to the next user.

Hi @Sreenadh ,

In Native Jira, you need to make use of Add an approval to workflow and follow below steps. This is what I have done in my jira.

  1. Create two user picker fields if doesn't exists. Example: Manager and Product Owner
  2. For access management workflow, Add 2 approval status like Manager Approval required and then next step would be Owner approval required.

    Example Workflow:

  3. Make use of steps mentioned in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-an-approval-to-a-workflow/ to add approvals for both the transitions

If the set of approvers are always same, then you can check for Herzum approval or other plugins in market place
