Inside of Jira service desk we have queues.  We can create filters for each of these queues but one problem we especially want to solve is standardizing the columns.

In other words, if I click into a queue and see the 9 columns I want to display, is there a way I can apply that layout to all the queues that are:

1. previously created

2. to be created

and is there a way for me to edit it one time (in the future) and have it apply to all?

Thanks!

Hello @Daniel Gallegos there is no place to set that but I would not recommend you to do that anyway. Take advantage on the flexibility that this offer to ensure you show only what you need based on the queue you are at so you don't unnecessarily clutter the view.

As an example, seeing the assignee usually adds value but it's totally unnecessary if you have a queue that only shows tickets assigned to the current user
