My queues aren't updated correctly and sometimes my status isn't either.
I've less that 20 queues all basic, all listing by filtering workflow status so i've one for work in progress one for pending one for resolved etc I transition an in progress to resolved and it will flash in and out of the in progress queue for a day before settling in the correct queue. A redraw (clicking on that queue) or a ctlr f5 will get rid of the ticket that shouldn't be in there but not for long before it pops up again. It happening on all of my users log ins and its driving us nuts.
I've recreated the queues, it is all queues that is having the issue. and it's across browsers too.
I need help as its adding to my work and causing us to miss SLAs because tickets aren't the right queue
Seeing the same type of issue. I set a few tickets to resolved this morning and they would not disappear from the all open queue. Did a refresh and they did but moments later they came back and are causing issues with workflow.
well at least we know its not us now ;-) how to raise a support ticket is my next quest!
