Dear Friends,
after the changing to the new Version on 01.08.2025 the possibility to change the Queues Colors depiction has disappeared.
According to my Company Jira Administrator in a new Version the old App, which was free do not exists any more.
Is it possible to make it live again.
It was very usefull.
Or how can i change it?
Hi, @Mykhailo
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
By default, on-premise Jira Service Management does not include queue colors — this is not an out-of-the-box feature. It’s typically added via third-party (often paid) apps from the Marketplace.
If the plugin providing this functionality has been deprecated or is no longer supported, it may have been disabled by your system administrator during a recent upgrade. This is likely what your administrator was referring to.
You have two options:
Maybe something like this will help:

Hi @Mykhailo
You administrator is providing you details on a 3rd party application that was used in your JIra, that has now become a paid version.
And/or this 3rd party vendor had a free version, the vendor so decided to stop providing this free version.
So you can contact the vendor or you will need to buy the paid version.
3rd party apps are not from Atlassian.

I mean this Queues (Warteschlangen) in Service Desk Team View. Before hte Changes i can change the Color of every Queue.
