Dear Community,
we are using Jira Service Management for public requests (OPEN).
However, according to
https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/condition-pending-status-in-jira-service-management-cloud-mail-logs/,
new external users have to approve their account, even if they only send an email.
Is there a way to disable this?

Thank You, yes but for Jira Service Desk I use the following settings:
There is no "approved domain".
I only use approved domains for "App Access" (Any domain) but its not required for jira service desk.
