In jira service management, when I import data from csv file, 50% of the data loss is happening any solution for this?

But when I'm importing data from a csv file, I have the mapping option there. But if I have to enter some data manually then there is no mapping option. Any solution for this?

We would need a good bit more information here. Can you explain further what data is not imported? Could you explain your CSV a bit? What fields and columns are in your CSV? Or the fields in existence in the project you're trying to import into?
