We have an acknowledgement template for jira which send an acknowlegement email to reporter once issue gets created but reporter is also having an acknowledgement template which is resending an email to jira which has caused continuous email creation chain.
Is there any way to exclude only one particular address from the acknowledgement template.
Creating an automation rule to send notifications to all users except the user we want to exclude is a good idea but this automation rule will send notifications for all issue types. There are some issue type which we want to exclude. Is that possible while doing automation of sending acknowledgement message to users?
