I would like to ask how can I connect when a Queue comes to me to give me an alert like a text message or a call?
Ie I use the On-call option to get an alert, but I would also like to use sms or voice or phone call when I receive a queue (some request from our custemers).

Yes, I use Opsgenie, but I don't think you understand me. My question is, when we receive a new ticket I want to receive an SMS.
From what I understand, receiving an SMS is with the On-call function, when an alert is received, but when a ticket comes I do not receive an SMS.
I activated option On-call.
Ask for assistance.
