As our Jira trial period ends today, I would like to confirm whether we will still be able to access our existing projects and data after the trial expires. If access will be restricted, could you please guide us on the best way to back up all the project data before the account becomes inactive?

Hello @IT Support

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Since we are a user community we cannot view any information about your current subscription.

Have you always been on a free trial, or did you upgrade to a free trial of a higher level subscription?

How many users have you given access?

Can you confirm this is for a Cloud product? And is it Jira or Jira Service Management?

Depending on how you got to the point of having a free trial, the subscription level of your trial, and the number of users, your product may automatically shift to a monthly billed subscription or an ongoing free subscription. In either case the data should remain accessible for a period of time. If it shifts to a billed subscription, then at the end of 30 days you would be billed for your subscription. If you did not pay the bill at that time, then the process of deactivating your subscription and deleting your data would begin.

If you want to get information directly from Atlassian on this topic, where they can view the information about your current subscription, you can reach out to the billing and licensing team through this page:
