How to generate QR code where the user can just use his/her phone to scan the QR code. for example, this person has issue with the device, etc copier, then the person can scan the QR code that has been stick at the copier, and the QR code raises a ticket at Jira service desk, where the user can tell what their issue is.

Asset management is a feature that we are working for a long time. With the current features on Service Desk, it's possible to customize request types and workflows, but generate QR code is something that currently it's not possible.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
The last update on this feature was in July and I checked the add-ons mentioned and the one that has the option to generate QR code is Insight - Asset Management.
