is it possible to enable "auto watch / get notifications" for a whole organization by default?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
When a ticket is shared with an organization, they will only receive one notification to inform that and they must choose if they want to receive future updates.
There is a feature request suggesting improvements for that:
