Hi Everyone, I am on the Free Jira Service Management Plan. Is it possible to provide customer access to knowledge base? I linked the Confluence space to the service management and selected anyone can access the space. However when I check the knowledge base select the who can view selection is "Only Confluence users". The all user and anyone options are greyed out.

You have to configure Confluence to allow anonymous access in order to be able to change the settings in JSM. In Confluence you have to global permissions and enable it. Have a look at this KB for more information.
