If a customer forgets their home wifi password or some other home network password, and submits a help request through Jira Service Desk, is it safe to provide the customer with their password through Jira Service Desk? We're a small company and have all of our customer's system passwords. Or is there an integration app in the marketplace that can serve this function? Thanks.
The password will be visible to other users of Jira if they have access to the issues you record it on (both in the body and the history of the issue), and the value will go via email, so it's only as secure as your mail is.
