Is there a way to share knowledge base articles with non-customers without making them public/accessible to anyone with a link?
I'm basically looking for the JSM equivalent of a password-protected Vimeo or YouTube video -- people get sent a link + a video-specific password (and are not forced to log in with their own credentials).
Jason, if you use the JSM portal, you can check the "Customers can access and send requests from the portal without logging in" box under Products / Jira Service Management / Customer access. Check the radio button to allow customers to create accounts and then check that box. Then they should be able to get access without needing an account.
