I am using the Service Project Report gadget on my dashboard to track SLA statistics.
The one service project just shows "there are no series in this report". SLA's are configured and tracking. I can see them in the que. The team closed 19 tickets in February and there are 15 tickets in the queue now with the SLA counting. I am trying get the statistics for February and 7 of the 15 tickets in the queue have an SLA that expires in February.
These are probably custom reports where the creator has not yet specified what data series needs to be displayed.
When you create a new service desk report, it will initially look like this:
When you want to display data, you need to tell Jira what data exactly that should be. That is the series referred to on your dashboard message.
After you click the Add series button, you should be able to select from a list of available options:
In my example here, I select the Time to resolution - % met SLA metric. After doing so, I can enter a friendly name to represent the metric on the chart, as well as a color for the line and additional filter criteria (e.g. if you would like to add multiple lines for different priorities):
When you're done, add the series to your chart and save your changes. That should fix the issue with your chart.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for this. I was using the dashboard instead of reports. Using the report helped me get the numbers. I still don't know why I am getting no data on the dashboard.
