I have created a project in Jira Service Desk. The project has forms that people fill out to purchase items. The workflow is pretty standard moving from open to approved to in progress to resolved to closed. I have a request to add in a progress bar so people can visually see how far their request is a long. I tried using the Portfolio feature but the progress bar is greyed out. I want the progress bar to change when the status changes. I would also like the progress bar to show up in the customer portal. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
