Hi,

Our production Jira Service Management server lost its configuration by itself. When we tried to login to Jira it gives us window shown in attachment.

jira error 2.JPG

What could cause this error? We managed to get server up and running from backups but we want to understand what happened as otherwise this could happen again.

Br,

Kimmo

This would mean you have lost or destroyed the configuration file that tells JSM what database to use, and/or that the database it is set to use is empty.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I just checked database and configurations and they seems to be okay or at least they can be found and their size isn't 0. Also Jira configuration tool shows configurations and connection to database is good.
