Hi,
I'm currently evaluating Jira ServiceDesk but I'm having trouble with the product categorisation.
I have created the products fine and assigned them to Incident, but I want to add a different set for Requests (Original name of Service Requests)
I thought this could be done by adding a new context, but as I'm in demo mode, it won't let me select my IT Service Desk, it only shows the demo.
Is it possible to do this? Or is product categorization shared across all issues?
