Problem with filter result export in Jira/Jira Service Desk

Timo Trummer October 10, 2018

Hello guys

We recently upgraded our Jira Software to version 7.12.1 and Jira Service Desk to version 3.15.1.

After that I have discovered a little problem:

I submit a JQL that includes service desk project issues with SLA parameters (Time to resolution, Time to first response). The jql result is good - i see all the needed fields including SLA parameters. But when I export the result to Excel or HTML format, the "Time to resolution" and "Time to first response" columns are empty. So - somehow the export does not recognize those SLA values anymore.

I'm sure it worked before.

Maybe anyone please has any clue, why is this so or what to check? I'm afraid I'm running out of ideas here :(

Regards
Timo

A similar issue is happening with filter subscriptions: JSDSERVER-5989; it is expected to be fixed in JSD 3.16.1, so perhaps that will correct the issue you cite as well.

Thanks Payne, I hope it will be fixed in this version :)
