Hi. I'm having a problem with URL links between Confluence and JSD.
This is the article in Confluence: https://magicaonline.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDA/pages/98467/Sobre+o+M+gica+Online
I need to add a link to this heading here http://prntscr.com/v1twco .
So the link directly to the heading I need is: https://magicaonline.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDA/pages/98467/Sobre+o+M+gica+Online#Qual-a-hist%C3%B3ria-do-M%C3%A1gica-Online%3F . Let's call this link X.
Then, I inserted this URL to this link http://prntscr.com/v1txk0 in this confluence article: https://magicaonline.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDA/pages/7602177/Sobre+a+nova+plataforma . Let's call this article Y.
When I search for "migrar" in our Jira Service Desk portal https://magicaonline.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals I find the article Y. Perfect. The URL in JSD portal is https://magicaonline.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/article/7602177?src=1363507609 .
But when I click the link X http://prntscr.com/v1tzxp the page renders for 1 second and then an error message appears and the URL is different: http://prntscr.com/v1u5jq
Is this a bug?
Thanks,
Gui.
Hello Gui,
Thank you for the details.
Testing on my local site, I was able to replicate the same issue, and searching for this error, I found out that it's related to a bug where anchor links don't work in the customer portal:
Please, click on "This affects my team" and also watch to receive updates about the bug.
Regards,
Angélica
