Problem when replying to a ticket

Dear community,

we use the Jira Servce Desk for our customers. Several of our clients describe the problem that they can not use Firefox (latest version) to comment on tickets. They can enter everything, but as soon as you want to submit the comment an error message appears.

If they copy the URL into Chrome to comment the ticket, they don't land on the ticket page, but on the summary page . Does anyone of you have the same problem? Can anyone help?

I haven’t tried the latest FF (please indicate version) recently. I will say that historically there have been various browser issues with Jira so I won’t be surprised if this is a recent compatibility issue. I have seen issues with FF, Safari, IE, Edge and Chrome so none are immune. You can report to Atlassian Support directly or click the feedback link.

@Sophia Finkler, I just tried FF v.63.0.3 and I was able to comment fine from the Portal.
