Problem when exporting data on product category (custom field)

Hi,

I'm trying to export data on 'product category' which is a custom field.

When I run the query on screen I can see the data (the names of the product categories that I am expecting).

When I export the data to excel, the words have been removed and the field contains this:

Custom field (Customer Request Type)

csd/deab2475-c2cc-4c77-a7d7-0a6ff3cd59e9

Can anyone advise why this would be? Is there a problem with how the custom field is set up?

Please confirm your field type matches with the field type in excel. You can convert your field type in excel by doing a test. This issue looks to be related field type in excel not mapping correctly to JIRA cloud.
