Good day.
There is a problem on the Sevice Desk server. When customers come to the site they constantly refresh the page, as if they are constantly pressing F5. This problem is observed on all PCs on different browsers. The problem is in the server. Please tell me which direction to look for the problem.
First, I'd want to put it in "safe mode" - disable any Apps you've added and check that you have no attempts to inject any javascript in any field descriptions.
Second, check if there are any modified files in "system information". There's always one file that has been edited (the jira application properties), but have any others been changed?
Third, check the language/region encoding in the JVM settings and that they match any encoding settings in the operating system on the server

In addition, instead of the text displays ??????. As soon as you turn off the refresh of the page and click on any link, everything starts to work well. But at the entrance to the portal constantly updates the page. I thought that the problem was in the language of the program, I checked both in Russian and in English, even in Japanese. The problem is the same.

Found a problem when I go to the site service desk in the address bar the line is written http: // s-2: 8080 / servicedesk / customer / portal / 4 and starts to constantly update the page. But if you register http: // s-2: 8080 / servicedesk / customer / portals then everything works without errors. The question is how to make the default drop it exactly on http: // s-2: 8080 / servicedesk / customer / portals?
