Hello! I'm trying to create an integration between Slack and Jira so that when alerts are triggered in a channel, I can set up escalation routines and send notifications to the responsible people. However, whenever I go to operations -> Integration and try to connect to my workspace, I get the error below.
Yet, the ChatOps integration is added normally to the channel.
I need help understanding what's happening.
Thank you!
Might that your slack tenant doesn't allow this, check the Slack tenant for errors.

Hello... I will check these points. I have a question: my company is part of a group. Our emails are all from the same organization, however, we have a separate workspace from the larger group. Could this be one of the causes? Attached is a video that demonstrates this. Bemobi is the group, and Wave is our company. The Jira we use belongs to the Bemobi organization.
Thanks!

"I found the problem. In the operations settings, under chat and video tools, the connected workspace was only for the organization we are part of. I also needed to configure our own workspace. The problem is now resolved.
Thank you!
