ProForma and Conditional Form Fields

I am trying to build a from with conditional fields in JSM and I don't seem to have access to make fields conditional and I am an Admin at the highest level - what am I doing wrong?

@Kathleen Walsh , Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

To create a conditional behaviour in Forms in Jira you just need to select Add a section in your Forms right side and then configure the section by Conditionally.
