How do I check in the ticket in JIRA whether it has been set up in Private mode in the client portal? Is there a variable in the ticket that tells you this?

Hi Mariola,

If you look at the ticket in the Agent view, it will say View request in portal right under that name of the person who raised the ticket. If it does not say that, it was not created through the portal.
