Priority is not displayed in customer portal

When i create a ticket in Jira and view the ticket in customer portal service desk , it dont reflect Priority of the ticket.

 

Can u plz suggest me the possible solution

Hello @Sharadkumar Bangera 

You need to add this fiels to your request type, go to your project setting >request type> add field>select priority and it will be added to the visible field for customer.
