Hi there,
I have changed the priorities to P1-P5 instead of critical, medium, low. I am able to see Highest, high, medium, low priorities in the service project report gadget when "Incidents by priority" report is selected. Not sure what is missing here.
Appreciate if someone helps me here.

How did you change priorities? By changing name or add new one and delete old one.
