Hi Atlassian,

How will the pricing be affected to those business who are not currently utilising premium subscriptions? Anything we would need to do prior to the change taking course in 12 days?

Thanks!

I truly do struggle to reach out to contact any live agent on this in Atlassian and unfortunately it is truly frustrating as customer not to understand this better especially if it impacts any projects ahead of time.

Any time I try to submit a ticket I get blocked by some AI response which does not give me a customised response - I have a list of 10 projects, all of which utilise standard usage ofcourse but I need to understand how am I able to know if they make use of the features in place which I assume is from the features section (as seen her below)

Can anyone verify this for me? Would there be anywhere else one needs to check to ensure there are no issues in this respect?

Thanks

Hi @BX

This can indeed be seen in the feature menu in each JSM project in your instance.

Hi @BX ,

My understanding is, if you already have the advanced incident management features as part of your Standard tier, you should continue to have those. Your subscription should be grandfathered in.

The changes in the link will be applicable to new customers.

Hi @BX

The features on a JSM project Incident Management and Change Management that you can enable or disable will not be available anymore in a standard subscription.

All other basic features will still be available on a standard subscription.

See all JSM project features here; get-to-know-the-main-jira-service-management-features

You can check what the features offer and so see what will not be avaiable on a standard subscription.

Hi BX,

Is there an item in particular that you are concerned about or have questions about?

We currently have projects which are Standard based not premium based? How will this affect us from a pricing perspective and also will this switch be done automatically?

Given this message seenhttps://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/updating-your-incident-problem-and-change-management-capabilities/

will support still be provided should one still consider the standard package? Hope this clarifies my question!

Thanks
