Pre-filling account information in JSM Widget

We are looking to use the widget. This will be entirely internal facing only, and we know the account id and email of every user.

Is it possible to append this information into the <script> tag in some way, e.g. pre-fill the email field with the known email, or pass the page id to jira without the user seeing etc?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When using the widget, currently, it's not possible to pre-populate fields. I understand that you would like their account to be automatically added to the field, but this functionality is not supported, they will have to type their email address.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
