Did the requirements for the Help Center logo change? Please advise on how to remedy.

welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Have you tried by any chance to re-upload the help center logo? Maybe this helps to prevent it from becoming blurry. Apart from that, there should be no change that alters the company logo in such way.
