Possible to remove access to Google Drive and Dropbox?

Is it possible to delete the access to Google Drive and Dropbox in the new Jira Cloud view ?

My client doesn't want his agents to be able to connect to exterior network

When it comes to attachments, currently, it's not possible to remove the ability to upload files from Dropbox, Google Drive, or Giphy. 

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• Disable 3rd party services such as Dropbox from being able to upload files in JIRA Cloud.

As far as I know you can't change that setting.
