Possible to disable "Help Center"

Hello,

We only have one Service Desk project for JIRA Serivce Desk. so there is only one Customer  Portal for customer to enter there requests. 

So there is no need for the Help center te list all the Customer Portals when you have only one. is it possible to disable this Help center en directly enter the Customer Portal?
