Possibility to import customere organizations automatically via LDAP (Jira SM - Data Center)

Hello,

We are investigating the possibility of using Jira Service Management in the Data Center version.

Do you know if it is possible to import customer organizations automatically via LDAP or is it only possible to do it manually?

For example, if I have 100 customer organizations, it would be really annoying to import them manually.

Please let me know what is the procedure for both options.

Hi Morten,

Out of the box, there is no way to do it. However, it seems this Extension for Jira Service Management app does.

Here on this page, you may find the documentation about the Organization sync feature.
