New to Jira and working in Jira Service Mgt. building out a project/portal for a customer. I chose the It Service Mgt. template but I am NOT seeing the request types when I go through the channel to visualize the customer board.

Also make sure you are a customer or an agent on the project.
Request Types need to be configured via the Project Settings option in the left project menu options (completely at the bottom of the list).
There the option Request Types needs to be selected to configure them.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
